It is to that end that we, Prudential and I, combine to provide state-of-the art Internet tools, marketing and professionally strategic guidance to my clients. Starting in 1975, I quickly learned that continuing education and professional growth were non-negotiable requirements for one to remain competitive in this ever-changing industry. As soon as I could, I passed the stringent requirements to obtain my Managing Broker's License in 1979, which licensed me to manage and/or own a real estate office. In addition to my advanced license, and many certifications & awards,  I retain three advanced NAR designations: CRS, SRES, and CSSN.

When it comes buying or selling real property, I've been there literally thousands of times! Over the years, I've been involved with 1031 exchanges, multi-family apartments, new construction, land, agricultural, ranches and farms from "first-timers" to "last-timers" across the board. Along the way, I've received many national and international achievement awards. However, the best achievement remains - "We are so happy" from my clients and customers.
